- 1/2 of a large mamey or 1 small mamey
- 5 cups milk of choice almond milk used here
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp honey
- Ice for serving
Cut the mamey in half and scoop the flesh into a blender.
Add the vanilla, honey, and half of the milk.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into a large pitcher.
Add the remaining milk and stir to combine.
Serve over ice and enjoy!
