- 2 slices of toast
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 1/4 cup fig jam
- 1 ball of burrata
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Crushed red pepper flakes to taste (optional)
- 1/2 cup arugula
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Place the toast slices on a sheet pan and bake for 5 – 6 minutes until lightly toasted.
Rub the garlic clove over the warm toast on the topping side.
Spread 2 tbsp of fig jam on each toast and layer with 2 slices of prosciutto.
Return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and top each toast with dollops of burrata.
Season with black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes, if using.
Top with fresh arugula and serve immediately.
