Ingredients

  • 8 - 15 chiles güeros
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 - 2 tsp Tajín to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chiles güeros and fry until charred on all sides, about 4 - 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the chiles to a small mixing bowl.
  • Toss with soy sauce, lime juice, Tajín, salt, and pepper until well coated.
