- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup coconut cream

Wash limes well and trim ends. Cut each into 8 wedges.
Add lime wedges, cold water, sugar, and condensed milk to a blender. Blend 5–8 seconds until chopped but not pulverized.
Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher. Press pulp to extract liquid; discard pulp.
Rinse blender. Pour lemonade back in, then add coconut cream and rum (or tequila). Blend on high until smooth and frothy.
Fill glasses with ice, pour over cocktail, and garnish with lime slices and toasted coconut. Serve immediately.
- Chill coconut cream before blending for extra frothiness.
- Don’t over-blend the limes or the drink may turn bitter.
- Substitute tequila for a sharper, stronger flavor.
- Add fresh mint for a mojito-inspired twist.
