- 10 cups seedless watermelon chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- Zest and juice of 2 limes
- 6 cups water
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup sugar depending on desired sweetness
Optional for serving:
- Chamoy or lime for rimming
- Tajín or salt for garnish
Blend the watermelon, honey, lime juice, and lime zest in a blender until completely smooth.
Pour the mixture into a large pitcher and add the water and sugar.
Stir well to combine.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Serve chilled or over ice.
- Use very ripe watermelon for maximum natural sweetness.
- If pulp isn’t your thing, strain the blended mix through a mesh strainer before adding water.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes if serving later—this tastes best cold.
