Ingredients

- 2 roma tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 white onion finely diced
- 1 jalapeño or serrano finely diced (use serrano for more heat)
- 1/4 bunch of cilantro chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Serve with:
- Ground cotija cheese for topping
- Tortilla chips
Instructions
