- 8 cups water
- 1/2 pineapple chopped
- 2 marañones chopped
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 – 2 cups sugar to taste
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups passionfruit juice
- 1 mango peeled and finely chopped
- 1 red apple finely chopped (Gala or Honeycrisp)
- 1 Granny Smith apple finely chopped
Optional:
- Finely chopped romaine lettuce
Instructions
- Blend half of the chopped pineapple, the marañones, sugar, salt, and water until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into a large glass pitcher.
- Add the pineapple juice, passionfruit juice, remaining chopped pineapple, mango, red apple, and green apple.
- If using, add finely chopped romaine lettuce for extra texture.
- Stir well to combine and chill before serving.
- Serve in tall glasses with a spoon for enjoying the fruit pieces.

- Adjust sweetness based on your juices—taste before adding more sugar.
