Paloma Mocktail
This Paloma Mocktail is bright, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. Made with fresh grapefruit and lime juice, a hint of simple syrup, and fizzy grapefruit sparkling water, it's a light and citrusy sip that’s just as satisfying as the original — minus the booze.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 tbsp simple syrup, adjust to taste
- 1/4 cup grapefruit-flavored sparkling water
- Kosher salt, for rimming the glass
- Grapefruit slice, for garnish
- Ice
Instructions
- Start by rimming a cocktail glass with salt. To do this, rub a grapefruit or lime wedge around the rim of the glass to moisten it, then dip the rim into a shallow dish filled with salt.
- Fill the salt-rimmed glass with ice cubes, then the pour in the grapefruit juice, lime juice and simple syrup.
- Stir to combine, then top with sparkling water and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- Use pink or ruby red grapefruit juice for extra color and sweetness.
- Adjust simple syrup to taste or swap with honey or agave.
