Ingredients

  • 3/4 12 oz can non-alcoholic beer (or lime-flavored or regular sparkling water)
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp Clamato
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3-6 dashes hot sauce, Tapatio, Valentina, Cholula, or your favorite
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp jugo maggi
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of ground black pepper
  • Tajín + lime wedge or chamoy, for rimming glass

Instructions

  • Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass. Dip rim into Tajín (or chamoy + Tajín) to coat.
  • In the glass, stir together Clamato, lime juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire, jugo maggi, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add ice cubes.
  • Slowly pour in non-alcoholic beer or sparkling water.
  • Stir gently, garnish with lime wedge, and enjoy ice-cold.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, use extra hot sauce or add a chili powder rim.
  • Sparkling water makes a lighter version if non-alcoholic beer isn’t available.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste—more lime for tang, more Worcestershire for depth.
  • Serve in a chilled glass for extra refreshment.
