Mango Michelada Mocktail

This Mango Michelada Mocktail is a refreshing twist on a classic — sweet mango purée meets zesty lime, savory Clamato, and a kick of hot sauce, all topped with mango sparkling water. It’s the perfect booze-free sip with serious flavor and michelada vibes!

Ingredients 

  • Chamoy, for rimming the glass
  • Chili lime seasoning, for rimming the glass
  • ¼ cup fresh, puréed mango
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ½ – 1 tsp hot sauce
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of freshly cracked black pepper
  • ½ tbsp tomato-clam juice, like Clamato
  • ½ 12 oz can mango flavored sparkling water
  • Chopped fresh mango, for serving
  • Ice

Instructions 

  • Rim a large glass with chamoy, then dip the rim into the chili lime seasoning to coat thoroughly.
  • In the glass, mix together the fresh mango purée, lime juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and tomato-clam juice. Stir well until fully combined.
  • Fill the glass with ice and fresh, chopped mango, then slowly pour the sparkling water over the mix, stirring gently to blend the flavors.
  • Garnish with an extra sprinkle of chili lime seasoning and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use chilled sparkling water to keep the mocktail crisp.
  • Adjust hot sauce to your heat preference.
  • Blend mango ahead and store in fridge for quick assembly.
  • Serve with a tajín-dusted mango spear for extra flair.
