
Jugo Vampiro
Jugo Vampiro is a refreshing, naturally sweet juice made from beets, carrots, citrus, and celery. Vibrant in color and packed with nutrients, this Mexican-inspired drink is energizing, tangy, and delicious—perfect for breakfast or a mid-day boost.
Ingredients
- 2 medium beets, peeled and chopped
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 oranges
- 2 limes
- 2 large sticks celery
- Ice, for serving
Instructions
- If using a juicer: Run beets, carrots, oranges, limes, and celery through the juicer.
- If using a blender: Blend beets, carrots, and celery with 1 cup water until smooth.
- Strain through a fine-mesh sieve for a lighter texture, if desired.
- Stir in fresh orange and lime juice. Add more water to adjust thickness.
- Pour over ice and serve immediately for the freshest flavor.
Notes
- Use chilled fruits and veggies for a naturally cold drink without extra ice.
- For a bolder color, skip straining and keep some of the pulp.
