
Café de Olla Martini
The Café de Olla Martini combines the bold flavor of espresso with the warmth of Mexican spices. Balanced with vodka, Kahlua, and café de olla syrup, this cocktail is smooth, aromatic, and perfectly sweet — a cozy twist on the classic espresso martini.
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces vodka
- 1 ounce Kahlua
- 1 ounce freshly brewed espresso, chilled
- ½ ounce café de olla simple syrup, adjust to taste
- Ice
- Star anise, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add vodka, Kahlua, espresso, and café de olla syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds until the drink is well-chilled and a rich foam forms on top.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a star anise, serve immediately, and enjoy.
