Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, microplaned or finely minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  • Gently combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. 
  • Then grab small batches of the meat mixture into your hand, roll them into approx. 1-inch balls and lay them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, ensuring that there is at least an inch of space in between each meatball. Feel free to use another baking sheet if needed to accommodate them all!
  • Once you have all your meatballs on the baking sheet, pop them into the oven to bake for 15-minutes, then flip them and bake for another 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove them from the oven, plate and enjoy!
