This Collagen Superfood Banana Smoothie is my go-to breakfast smoothie!u003cbru003eThere are so many delicious and nutrient-dense components to this smoothie—we have bananas (of courseee), almond milk (although you can use whatever plant-based milk you’d like), hemp hearts, chia seeds, unflavored collagen powder, honey, ground cinnamon and ground flax seed.

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 2 c almond milk (or your favorite plant-based milk)
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp non-flavored collagen powder (you can also use vanilla-flavored)
  • 8-10 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth – that’s it!
  • Adjust the amount of ice to your liking if needed.
