A few of my favorite things on this planet are sauces (including hot sauce 🔥), chicken wings and meatballs, so I’m currently working on creating a few different sauce, wing and meatball recipes! I’ll be breaking out the basics, so you’ll eventually see an individual recipe for each sauce, wing and meatball. Then I’ll show you how to use the sauces for the wings/meatballs!
I already have a few of these recipes on the blog (see my Sweet and Spicy Maple Habanero Sauce Recipe, my Naked Oven-Baked Chicken Wing Recipe and my Beef and Pork Meatball Recipe), but I also have a few more in the pipeline, so keep an eye out!
How to Make These Juicy Oven-Baked Chicken Meatballs:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Thoroughly combine all the ingredients for the meatballs together in a large mixing bowl – don’t be afraid to use your hands for this step!
- Roll the meatball mixture into small, golf ball-sized balls and place them on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Be sure not to overcrowd the baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for about 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temp reaches 165 degrees, flipping halfway through. Be careful not to overcook them! Ground chicken is typically very lean and can overcook and dry out easily. Remember, we want these to be fully cooked through but also want them to be juicy!
- Once they’ve finished baking, remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the meatballs to rest 3-5 minutes before serving.
