Ingredients
  

  • 1 serrano or jalapeño finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1 mango peeled and finely chopped
  • 1/4 bunch of cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 roma tomato finely chopped
  • 1/4 onion finely chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the chopped serrano or jalapeño, mango, cilantro, tomato, and onion to a bowl.
  • Squeeze in the lime juice and add salt to taste.
  • Toss everything together until well combined.
  • Chill for 10 – 15 minutes if desired, then serve.
  • Enjoy with chips, ceviche, tacos, grilled proteins, or as a bright topping for bowls and salads.

Notes

  • Use a ripe but firm mango for easier chopping and best flavor.
  • Want it spicier? Add a second pepper or leave the seeds in.
